Southern Charm Community Development Corporation (SCCDC) was created to support neighborhoods in Camden and Philadelphia through community-driven revitalization and attainable housing efforts.

We believe change happens when neighbors are involved.

We work alongside residents, block leaders, families, and local partners to reduce blight, improve housing conditions, and create opportunities for long-term neighborhood stability.
