Every nomination undergoes zoning analysis, ownership screening, and preliminary feasibility review.
Community-Centered Evaluation
We assess alignment with neighborhood priorities and redevelopment impact potential.
Transparent Process
Submitters receive confirmation and follow-up if a property advances to further review stages.
Provide the property address, description of the issue, and contact information for follow-up.
Step 2 – Initial Screening
We review zoning designation, ownership status, and preliminary redevelopment feasibility.
Step 3 – Community Fit Evaluation
We evaluate alignment with SCCDC program capacity and neighborhood revitalization priorities.
Step 4 – Follow-Up
If viable, we contact the submitter regarding next steps and potential community engagement.

Residents in targeted ZIP codes are encouraged to participate in identifying properties that may benefit from stabilization, redevelopment planning, or community engagement programming.
